The Vault supports community tournaments, collegiate invitationals, regional qualifiers, organizer-led events, sponsored tournament series, publisher activations, product demonstrations and private venue rentals. Each partnership can begin with a focused pilot event and expand based on attendance, participation and partner objectives.
Yes. Collegiate esports programs can work with The Vault to host invitationals, exhibition matches, team-building events, recruitment activities and regional competitions. Our Portsmouth location provides a neutral meeting point for programs across Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
Yes. Tournament organizers can discuss renting the venue or developing a co-produced event with The Vault. Available support may include gaming equipment, competition space, spectator areas, food service, facility displays and local event promotion. Final responsibilities, staffing, pricing and technical requirements are determined for each event.
The Vault has approximately 50 gaming PCs with modern Intel processors, RTX 4070 graphics and 32 GB of RAM. The venue also has approximately 40 PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo systems, fiber internet, facility displays and separate gaming and event spaces. Access to games distributed through platforms such as Steam and Epic Games depends on game availability, licensing and tournament requirements.
Yes. The Vault can explore community tournaments, regional pilots, product demonstrations, equipment showcases, branded competition areas, prizes, display integrations and sponsored event series. Activation plans are developed around the partner’s goals, the game community and applicable publisher or tournament rules. A partnership does not imply official publisher approval unless that approval has been separately confirmed.
The Vault is located in downtown Portsmouth, Ohio, and serves Southern Ohio, northern Kentucky and western West Virginia. This location gives publishers, collegiate programs, organizers and sponsors a physical gathering point within an underserved tri-state esports market.
